Der betales depositum via Paypal eller ved faktura senest 14 dage inden selve event dagen.

Ændring:
Ønsker du ændring af jeres tidspunkt eller dato for det bookede event, skal I kontakte www.supsurf.dk via mail eller telefon og vi vil prøve at hjælpe jer bedst muligt.

Afbestilling:

Afbestilling kan kun ske med 14 dages varsel, der vil forfalde 500 kr. i afbestillingsgebyr. Afbestillingen skal være skriftligt accepteret af www.SUPsurf.dk

Ændring i antal bookede personer kan kun ske 14 dage før eventet, ellers betales der for det antal personer der er booket.

Ved afbestilling mindre end 14 dage før eventet eller manglende fremmøde på selve dagen, mistes det fulde beløb.

Ved for sent frem møde gives der ikke ekstra tid, det er kundens ansvar, at møde til den aftalte tid.

Aflyser www.supsurf.dk tilbage betales hele jeres beløb inden for 14 dage.

Ved bestilling er den bookede event dato samt tidspunkt bindende.

Alkohol:
www.supsurf.dk forholder sig retten til at afvise berusede personer/grupper, fra at deltage i eventet.

Der vil her blive opkrævet fuld betaling.

Forsikring: Under hele eventet, er deltagelse på eget ansvar.

Ved firmaevents er det kundens ansvar, at firmaet har en lovpligtig arbejdsskadeforsikring for sine medarbejderne som dækker.

Gæsten opfordres til i forvejen at have undersøgt, om alle deltagere er dækket under firmaets egen ansvarsforsikring, samt om der skal tegnes yderligere dækning.
